The Brain
Research Institute at Monash Sunway (BRIMS) has been operating for the
past three years and is a component of the School of Medicine and Health
Sciences at Monash University’s Sunway campus. It is Monash
University’s main institute for neuroscience research.
BRIMS is involved in advanced research in the following areas:
- behavioural neurogenetics
- brain imaging
- nanotechnology
- neuroinformatics
- molecular morphology, and
- neuroproteomics & neurogenomics

research at BRIMS is led by one of the world’s leading comparative
neuroscientists Professor Ishwar Parhar. |
